radio ga-ga

salam.

just got back from school. yes, you heard me right. though it's a saturday, i still go to school on weekends now n then.

just now i went to school coz i had 3 things to be done: football team u-18 selection; making lines for the futsal field to be used next week; and thirdly it was the time for the wannabe deejays to test themselves and practise utilising the pa system for the coming english radio program. well, with regard to the radio program, it wasn't really a success because the students who wanted to be deejays weren't fluent enough with their english, and when i asked them to write the script to use, they were rather flat in their presentation.

nevertheless, overall, they were okay, and i have given them time to polish up on their pronunciation, flow, items to be presented, etc, etc. before we said goodbyes, i told them to hand me the script latest by next wednesday. btw, the english radio program is called radio ga-ga, taken from the song sung by 'Queen'. do u know who's freddie mercury? saje la tanya. do u see the picture above? that's him. i'm using the chorus part of the song to be the theme song for this radio program.

i'm quite anxious to see the outcome of this radio program: to see how the deejays bring up themselves, the respond from the listeners, the progress of the program in the long run.

personally, i hope it's a success, coz it's my pet project for this year, and anything new in life will definitely give a challenge to me to produce my best.. insyaAllah.

well, i've got to go. there's a kenduri to attend, and later after zohor, have a few errands to run.

busier than the bee, and i'm loving every second of it.. : ) ttfn
