Of yesterday..

It was a Saturday replacement class for the raya holiday we had. I hated it, to be frank, but what to do, kan.. layan je la. The rain was pouring from dawn till 9. Guess that made the situation of being at school bearable, in term of weather la.. While in 4 kenanga, had a jamming session to kill the time. Lama tak main gitar, rusty, beb! no lesson because it’s the school’s raya celebration. Nothing special: food consisted of nasi empet, roti jala, kari ayam, rendang, soto, fruit.. there were presentations by students while the crowd enjoyed the food..

After zohor went to rumah abang usop, my missus’ cousin. Wedding adah. Abg usop passed away late last year, so we were there to make sure the family would remain close-knit. At 3 went to mandah with abg tahir, tengok tanah dan ikan sangkar. Abg tahir was interested to acquire a piece of land for fizi, his son, while I was more towards the ikan sangkar projek.. tenguk ikan beribu2 tengah tawaf dalam sangkar memang teruja.. dekat maghrib baru la sampai rumah. Tua, beb!

At night missus pulak got extra class at school, sent n fetch her, and in between, layan lisa, arief and nia.. had dinner with the kids. At 11 went to gaban’s. jamming session with the cincirat! Lama tak jamming, 2 months ago was the last time. Main gitar mula2 rusty, pastu okay pulak.. suara pulak mula2 nafas tak cukup, pastu okay pulak. Tapi lepas-lepas tu, habis suara dibuatnya. Maklum je la kalau dh jamming almost 25 songs.. gaban was on the drum, I was the guitarist cum singer. Peoih and khairul were the faithful fans, sambil2 prepare joints after joints. memang layan.. at one part tu gaban mintak lagu jamal, gua pun cakap kt dia main lagu, ‘tak sudi memandang tidak mengapa..’ gitu2 la, tapi gaban cakap lagu tu tak best. Habis tu, gua pun tanya la kt dia, lagu apa best, dia pun cakap lagu ni, dan dia nyanyi dengan muka cerennya, ‘tak sudi memandang tidak mengapa…’ pulak! Lagu yang sama tu, beb! Suka hati dia je.. Gua gelak sampai tak tahan, terpaksa take five, gua cakap lu.. by 1 am the session was over, and after a fag, we called it a night.. layan tv sat before dozing off at 2.
