September.
Another month about to end. Three quarter of the year
is over. Just a blink of the eye if you were to ask me. So many happenings so
many moments. Time jets through our lives. Knnnnn..
As always I have much to write about tapi tu la, knn. Since
the beginning of the year I would say, but this year, writing wise, I have not
been as productive as I would want to.
Nevertheless today I have something to share. September’s
happenings.
so here goes..
so here goes..
SUKMA this year was held in Perak, and in Manjung, football, futsal and sailing were held. Students from my school were chosen to be the official supporters for football and futsal. And my principal asked me to liaise things. It was quite a task to manage the students and to accommodate everything. At the same time ball pickers team for the football matches held at the tldm stadium was also another task I had to handle. And for two weeks I was busy attending matches both at tldm stadium as well as the perak games at mpm stadium. The supporters @ my students were lively I must say especially so with the aid from the manjung ultras. Every game that perak played, from the first match till the final, the players would come to us after the game ended to thank us personally. I guess it must have been a tremendous experience for my students: screaming out loud, singing songs after songs, performing claps etc, and to add icing to the cake, perak became champion for the third time running after beating kedah 2-1 in the final. I was glad everything went well and it was a new experience for me too. Penat, beb, tapi Layan.. oh, in the semi, I even brought along my wife, nia and abil to the game, and the game was a real blast, the atmosphere was fantastic with perak beating sabah 2-1, and a week before that, when everyone was home, I took them to tldm stadium, to experience a live match at night.

Talking about everyone, which refers to my loved ones
here, it was a rare moment to have everyone home at the same time. Though it
was only for a short while, I was very thankful for it. Iliya is now in her
third year, so it’s going to be a new experience for her attending to patients
at the hospital. Abil is in the midst of his practical at senai airport and I hope
everything augurs well for him. Lisa is having her Cambridge examination
sometime in the middle of next month, arief is sitting for his pt3 tomorrow and
nia faces upkk tomorrow as well which coincidentally is her 11th
birthday.
I pray for my children to do well in whatever they
undertake and may Allah provide them the best in all circumstances.
As usual,in between everything, I made time to go back
to pj to see bak. Lepak with al for a piece of canai and teh tarik while
waiting to tapau sotong kangkung and tauhu bakar for bak. Abang and kak ezza
came the next day before I left for home. Nice moments.
Two days ago, after training on and off for two weeks,
I played for the manjung veteran football team in the state football
tournament. But luck was not on my side because in the first game against kinta
selatan right before halftime, I had a groin injury and it saddened me that I contributed
so little to the team. Perhaps next year with better preparation I may perform
better. If there is a next year.

Now that the exam is around the corner, I pray that my
students are ready to deliver. i have high hopes upon my students, as I usually
do every single year, and I hope they perform to their true abilities and gain
success insha’Allah. 47 days before the spm and counting.
Finally, I wouldn’t want to miss giving a jibe at man
united, the cap ayam team. Mourinho should have his name changed to Moaningho,
because that’s what he has been doing since he took over as the manager. Personally
I’m against him being the manager for the reason that his tactical sucks. Man united
have been playing boring games: defensive, not daring to take risk, no
attractive football, safety first all the time, lumping the ball from one side
of the field to the other side.
And tomorrow October appears.
Wishing for a productive and wonderful month.
Insha’Allah.
